Für das weitere Wachstum unseres gründergeführten Unternehmens suchen wir ab sofort dich als (Senior) Product Manager (m/w/d) Data für unsere Software-as-a-Service-Plattform in München oder Berlin im hybriden Arbeitsmodell.

  • Als Product Manager:in für unser Data Team übernimmst Du die Verantwortung für die Entwicklung von Daten-Produkten zur Identifikation von Verbesserungspotenzialen sowie für Wachstumsprojekte und die Entwicklung unserer Strategie
  • Du arbeitest eng mit deinem multidisziplinären Data Product Team aus Data Engineers, Analysts, Scientists und KI-Spezialisten sowie anderen Plattform-Product Teams zusammen, um gemeinsam Daten-Produkte zu konzipieren, umzusetzen und deren Mehrwert zusammen mit den Nutzern der Produkte zu realisieren
  • Du hast großen Gestaltungsspielraum über die gesamte Data Product Discovery und Delivery hinweg und agierst dabei wie ein Unternehmer/ eine Unternehmerin im Unternehmen beim Aufbau des Data Product-Bereichs bei yoummday
  • Du entwickelst, diskutierst und präsentierst Produktideen im direkten Austausch mit Kunden und Plattform-Nutzern, Gründern und dem yoummday-Management
Dein Profil
  • Du konntest mindestens zwei Jahre Erfahrung im Data & Analytics-Bereich, idealerweise mit dem Bau von Data-Produkten (z.B. als Product Manager oder Product Owner) sammeln
  • Du hast eine Leidenschaft für Daten, Analytik und komplexe Probleme sowie die Fähigkeit, daraus konkrete Analysen und Insights zu entwickeln, die einen echten Mehrwert für das Unternehmen schaffen
  • Du bist in der Lage komplexe Herausforderungen zu strukturieren, verfügst über ein unternehmerisches Mindset und findest ein gutes Gleichgewicht zwischen Userwunsch und nachhaltigem Wertbeitrag
  • Du hast Spaß an der Kommunikation innerhalb des Teams sowie mit Kunden und Usern auf Deutsch und Englisch, liebst es die perfekte Lösung zu finden und verfügst über eine gesunde Portion Humor
