Wir realisieren spannende Projekte mit unserem renommierten Kunden Airbus Defence and Space und suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n motivierte/n Mitarbeiter für die Position des "Product Development Assistent" (m/w/d).

 

 

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Erstellung und Pflege von Word- und Excel-Templates für die Erstellung von Dokumenten gem. den aktuellen Firmenvorgaben
  • Entwicklung und Pflege von VBA-Makros zur Unterstützung der Dokumentenerstellung
  • Unterstützung bei der Definition von Prozessen für die Dokumentenentwicklung und den Jira-Workflow
  • Erstellung Pflege von Jira-Templates für die Umsetzung des Jira-Workflows
  • Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Pflege der Doors RPE Templates und Spezifikationen in Abstimmung mit dem IBMS Doors-Support Verantwortlichen
  • Unterstützung der Dokumentenautoren bei der Erstellung von Dokumenten
    • Auswahl der aktuellen Templates
    • Verwendung von Feldern und Querverweisen
    • Dokumentengenerierung aus Doors mittels RPE
    • Aufsetzen und Begleiten des Review-Prozesses
    • Review des Dokuments bzgl. formeller Aspekte
    • Einarbeitung von formellen Review-Kommentaren in Abstimmung mit dem Autor
    • Verwaltung des Dokuments in SVN und Archivierung und Tagging nach Abschluss des Reviews
    • Abstimmung mit CM zu Archivierung in SAP
    • Pflege der Produktkonfigurationsliste und Abgleich mit Jira & SAP
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Verbesserung der OnlineHilfe der IBMS
  • Pflege der Dokumenten-bezogenen Jira-Tickets
  • Erstellung und Pflege von KPIs und Metriken aus Doors und Jira
  • Zuarbeit zu Inhalten der Management-Pläne (PHB, QMP, CMP, IIPs) bzgl. o.g. Aktivitäten
  • Dokumentation o.g. Aktivitäten
  • Führung von Besprechungsnotizen und Nachverfolgung definierter Action Items aus Besprechungen

 

 

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im kaufmännischen oder technischen Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation 
  • Über zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung als technischer Sachbearbeiter
  • Erfahrung als technischer Redakteur ist wünschenswert 
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS-Office, SAP und doors
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
