Product Development Manager

As a Product Development Manager, you'll contribute to the development of our Wound Care portfolio, acting as an interface to external service providers and internally to our colleagues. You'll be an expert in wound therapy, supporting our team that drives innovation in our products with passion and dedication.

Responsibilities:

  • Idea generation for new products and technologies with a focus on electrical engineering
  • Development of new products in compliance with relevant regulations and standards
  • Assist in technical design questions and support project management activities
  • Set up electrical testing setups and collaborate with suppliers
  • Technical responsibility for a dedicated product assortment in the field of negative pressure wound care
  • Collaboration with other departments, e.g., marketing, production, supply chain, regulatory affairs
  • Supporting the wider company in the maintenance and updating of documentation in accordance with relevant requirements
  • Ensuring product compliance to all relevant rules and guidelines

Qualifications:

  • Trained Electrician or Electronics Technician with further studies, minimum Master's degree in a relevant field
  • Experience in project collaboration and/or project management
  • Experience in the field of wound care and medical devices
  • Knowledge of the medical device's regulation and the associated subject areas
  • Fluent in English and German
