Hamburg-Finkenwerder, Stade, Augsburg, München oder Bremen Ihre zukünftige Arbeitsstelle:Für unseren renommierten Kunden Airbus am Standort Donauwörth sind Sie als Parts Allocation Manager (m/w/d) in Voll- oder Teilzeit tätig. Ihre Aufgaben:- Identifizieren nicht zugeordneter Teile/ Produkte für Kundenaufträge
- Ermittlung prognostizierte Bedarfe zur Optimierung der Ersatzteilbeschaffung
- Erarbeitung geeigneter Kennzahlen (KPIs) zur Messung der aktuellen Datenqualität
- Durchführung notwendiger Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung
- Durchführen und Begleiten des Zuweisungsprozesses bzw. die Implementierung eines neuen Artikels inklusive Maßnahmen zur Zuteilung bzw. Korrektur
- Analyse der Bauteiltechnologie (dynamisch, elektrisch, mechanisch...)
- Selbständige Erarbeitung von Aktionsplänen zur Optimierung/ Minimierung der nicht zugeordneten Teile/ Produkte mit den Fachabteilungen
- Gewährleistung der Qualität der SAP-Daten von neuen Materialien vor der Übermittlung an die operativen Einkäufer
- Suche nach einer Beschaffungslösung für nicht zugewiesene Teile (Built-to-Spec- oder Built-to-Print)
- Transversales & internationales Process Alignment Ihr Profil:- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische / technische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung, Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Einkauf, Marketing oder Vertrieb
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit technischen Dokumentation (IPC, Wartungshandbuch)
- Erfahrung in der Beschaffung von Built-to-Spec / Standardteilen
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office und SAP
