Tätigkeitsbeschreibung und Aufgaben:

Du wirst in einem Team von 8 Mitarbeitenden arbeiten, das für die 30 größten Maintenances Repair& Overhaul (MRO)-Kunden (zivile und militärische Kunden sowie alleHubschrauber) zuständig ist
Du übernimmst die Unterstützung eines bestimmten Vertragsportfolios und sorgstfür Kundenzufriedenheit und finanzielle Rentabilität
Deine wichtigsten Schnittstellen sind: das Front Office des Kunden, dieVerkaufsleitung (Muttergesellschaft + alle Kundenzentren weltweit) sowie die Support & ServicesRegionOrganisation

Der/die Stelleninhaber ist tätig als Junior Key Account Contract Manager (m/w/d) (auch inTeilzeit möglich) und übernimmt folgende Aufgaben:

Überwachung der Qualität und Leistung des Geschäfts anhand von KPI und Unterstützung bei derDefinition/Überwachung von erforderlichen Wiederherstellungsmaßnahmen Verwaltung der finanziellen Verpflichtungen aus Verträgen: Unterstützung beider Rechnungsstellung, Überwachung der Gewinnspanne und Einhaltung der Cash-Ziele Unterstützung der Senior Key Account Managerin bei der Betreuung eines Portfoliosvon Großkunden im Bereich Komponentenreparatur und by the hour services mitkomplexen Verträgen Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Strategien in Abstimmung mit allen anderen relevanten internenStakeholdern (Sales, Marketing, Program Support Office) für bestimmte Kunden, um die Part by thehour-Abdeckung sowie die Kundenbindung zuerhöhen und zu erweitern Unterstützung bei der Preisgestaltung sowie bei Angeboten in Abstimmung mit den relevantenAbteilungen Zusammenarbeit mit den Regionen zur Unterstützung der Finanzplanung (Operativer Plan/Prognosen)und Verfolgung von Geschäftsmöglichkeiten

Studium:

Ingenieurwesen mind. Bachelor-Studiengangoder Betriebswirtschaft mind. Bachelor-Studiengang

Berufserfahrung:

MRO, Angebote, Vertrieb, Support &Services oder Programme

Sprachkenntnisse:

Deutsch mind. verhandlungssicher Englisch mind. verhandlungssicher andere Sprachen von Vorteil

Berufsausbildung:

alternativ: abgeschlossene mind. 3-jährige kaufmännische Berufsausbildung sowiezusätzliche erweiterte fachspezifische Erfahrung und qualifizierte Weiterbildung (z. B.Betriebswirt)

Weitere Qualifikationen:

Grundverständnis des operativen MRO-Geschäfts, Frühere externe Erfahrungen in der Luft- und Raumfahrt sind von Vorteil
