YOUR ROLE
  • Become part of our global Learning & Development team in our headquarters in Düsseldorf that creates and manages learning opportunities for Henkel employees worldwide
  • Be technically responsible for our cloud-based Learning Management System (LMS), including overseeing functional enhancements, updates, and admin user support on a global scale
  • Be the key contact for our on-demand online learning content platforms
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics to track learning data and evaluate the impact of training initiatives
  • Drive KPIs related to learning outcomes, engagement, and effectiveness, using data analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Serve as the main point of contact for our colleagues in the Shared Services Center (SSC), facilitating communication, coordination, and collaboration between SSC and other departments
  • Stay informed of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in technical training and learning analytics, and incorporate them into our learning strategies
YOUR SKILLS
  • Completed degree in business administration, business psychology or similar education
  • Proven experience with cloud solutions esp. in the area of learning management systems
  • Proficiency in data analytics, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to drive insights and decision-making
  • Enjoy working with, interpreting, and communicating data and reports
  • Curiosity and a keen interest in latest technology trends, with a drive to stay informed and incorporate emerging technologies into our global learning strategy
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across departments and regions
  • Reliable and good self-organization, ability to work on various tasks in parallel
  • Excellent English language skills (spoken and written)
