The entire Health & Safety division within Mercedes-Benz AG aims to support the health and performance of the workforce. The cross-location and cross-divisional unit combines the areas of occupational medicine, occupational safety, workplace health promotion, ergonomics, health management policy and social counseling under one roof.
In total, over , employees receive occupational health care at the Bremen site. These are divided into employees from traditional industrial sectors of the metal industry and employees from various administrative areas.
You can expect a wide range of tasks, from emergency medicine to preventive occupational health care and advice for employees and managers on all health issues through to innovative preventive services for our employees.
Your tasks:
You will carry out occupational health screenings and check-ups You will examine and advise employees with work-related problems and long-term illnesses You create ability profiles You provide support in occupational integration management You advise managers and functionaries You provide medical care for employees in the event of accidents and acute illnesses You staff the company's own emergency ambulance You carry out safety inspections and risk assessments in collaboration with occupational health and safety You will be involved in ergonomic improvements and the further development of workplace health promotion You will also be involved in the design of workplaces and the creation of individual job suitability profilesYou can expect a great team and a pleasant working atmosphere.
