Als Project Manager begleitest du unsere Kund:innen bei strategischen und businessrelevanten Aufgaben, kümmerst dich um sauberes Projekthandling, Qualitätssicherung und bist Ansprechperson für alle Beteiligten.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Ganzheitliche Betreuung eines großen Kunden aus der Automobilbranche mit dem klaren Anspruch „digital first“.
  • Inhaltliche Steuerung aller Themen und stetige Vernetzung der am Projekt beteiligten Disziplinen wie Strategie/Planning, SEA/SEO, CRM, Social, Digital, Handelsmarketing, Beratung und Kreation.
  • Identifikation von Synergien und Effizienzen sowie Qualitätsmanagement.
  • Erstellung von Briefings, Projektplänen sowie Kostenplanungen und Budgets inkl. Monitoring von KPIs und regelmäßigem Reporting an die Kund:innen.
  • Steuerung aller Projekt-Prozesse und proaktives Wissensmanagement, sowohl intern als auch in Richtung der Kund:innen.
  • Recherche für und Erstellung von Präsentationen. 
  • Unterstützung des Social-Media-Teams.
  • Aktiver Ausbau des Bestandskundengeschäfts.
  • Beobachtung der aktuellen Trends auf dem Digitalmarkt; Ableitung von proaktiven Impulsen und Innovationen in Richtung der Kund:innen.
Dein Profil

  • Du hast einen guten Hochschulabschluss im Bereich Marketing, BWL, Kommunikationswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Du verfügst über erste einschlägige Berufserfahrungen und bringst in mindestens einer der folgenden Themenbereiche sichere inhaltliche Kenntnisse mit: CRM, Digitalstrategie, Performance-Marketing, Handelsmarketing.
  • Du bist gerne die erste Kontaktperson deiner Kund:innen und berätst sie im regen Austausch.
  • Du kannst dich und andere gut organisieren und arbeitest strukturiert.
  • Du magst Excel und hast die KVAs und Budgets deiner Projekte im Griff.
  • Wenn du Verbesserungspotential siehst, fragst du nicht lange, sondern packst mit an, um Herausforderungen zu lösen - ganz gleich, ob es sich um die Verbesserung eines Prozesses oder einer Strategie handelt.
  • Du bist generalistisch aufgestellt. Außerdem macht es dir Spaß, Menschen und Teams zusammenzubringen.
  • Du verfügst über fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
