We work across various industries globally and are actively looking for a proficient Project Manager to join our team across Europe including Germany, Warsaw in Poland, Amsterdam in the Netherlands, and Madrid, Talavera, Zaragoza, Spain. In this pivotal role, you will guarantee compliance with local and international regulations, implement robust health and safety measures, and foster a safety-centric culture within our organization. The successful candidates will receive direct support from and report to the ASafe Global Management.


Your Role:

  • Oversee construction activities, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and budget, while spearheading initiatives to bolster data center resiliency.
  • Evaluate electrical designs and construction drawings to enhance data center performance, manage EPMS delivery, and ensure seamless communication with internal teams and vendors.
  • Drive troubleshooting efforts for equipment or electrical failures, while conducting inspections to uphold site safety and quality standards.
  • Mentor team members, resolve conflicts, and monitor project budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities and mitigating potential risks.
  • Manage the procurement process, including vendor selection and contract negotiation, while serving as the main point of contact for project stakeholders.
  • Uphold compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, implementing safety protocols and overseeing project closeout activities.
  • Conduct post-project reviews to glean insights for future improvements and optimizations.


What you'll need to succeed:

  • 7+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the data center construction industry.
  • Proven experience in data center design/construction site management for live operational/mission-critical facilities is a must.
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or equivalent certification.
  • Knowledgeable in electrical engineering best practices, industry safety standards, quality protocols, and local regulations.
  • Experienced in managing construction contracts and cost control for large projects and proficient in Electrical and Mechanical engineering principles.
  • Skilled in data-driven persuasive writing and decision influencing, familiar with building codes and regulations, including Life Safety, BOCA, NFPA, NEC, and OSHA.
  • Capable of defining data center system architecture and creating project documentation.
