Exyte Technology develops, manufactures and maintains controlled production environments and cleanroom products for customers all over the world. We are looking for you to join our team in Renningen

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

Technical and disciplinary management of a production team of approx. 30 employees Ensuring the line's specified targets in terms of productivity, capacity and on-time delivery while adhering to quality and work standards Operational management of the production line: determining capacity requirements and allocating existing capacities Support in the efficient planning, organization and control of production processes Ensuring a smooth process flow and continuous optimization of production processes to increase efficiency and productivity Collaboration with other departments and their managers to ensure a smooth flow of information and effective cooperation

Show your expertise

Completed technical vocational training in the field of metalworking, e.g. industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician, toolmaker, construction mechanic, with further training as a master craftsman or comparable qualification or equivalent experience Several years of professional experience in production High customer orientation Team-oriented and motivating personality with strong communication skills Independent and structured way of working Assertiveness, organizational skills and a willingness to solve problems Flexibility and willingness to work in shifts Experience in using MS Office applications, ERP knowledge an advantage
