Deine Mission:

  • Du hast die Chance, vieles neu zu denken, zu hinterfragen und zu gestalten: Du analysierst den aktuellen Zustand der Teams im Backoffice, beschäftigst Dich mit bestehenden und neuen Themen, verknüpfst sie mit vorhandenen Systemen und Instrumenten und verbesserst Geschäftsprozesse, um Effizienz und Produktivität zu steigern.

  • Du bist gerne nah an den Geschehnissen und erkennst die Bedürfnisse der Organisation: In deiner Rolle bist Du für die Beratung und Unterstützung von Führungskräften bei Veränderungsprozessen verantwortlich.

  • Du bist Transformationsberater: Du begleitest die agile Transformation und Projekte, indem Du Teams, Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitende in ihren neuen Rollen selbstständig und sinnvoll unterstützt und weiterentwickelst.

Was Du mitbringen solltest:

  • Bachelor in Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Personalwesen oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet, Master ist von Vorteil.

  • Du verfügst über umfassende Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams und bringst herausragende Führungs- und Sozialkompetenzen mit. Durch deine erfolgreiche Tätigkeit als Führungskraft hast du bewiesen, dass du in der Lage bist, Teams effektiv zu leiten, zu motivieren und zu inspirieren.

  • Du bist bekannt für deine souveräne und professionelle Herangehensweise an komplexe und sensible Personalsituationen. Mit deinem einfühlsamen und zugleich zielorientierten Ansatz bist du in der Lage, Konflikte effektiv zu lösen und positive Ergebnisse zu erzielen.

  • Fähigkeit, Prioritäten zu setzen, Aufgaben effektiv zu delegieren und Probleme zu lösen.

  • Exzellente Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
