Lead Systems Engineer

You will become the Technical Lead for the overall system design, integration and qualification
ISM (In-Space Manufacturing) is the future and the role will provide you an opportunity to be at the forefront of
In-space manufacturing technologies.
Your Mission
- Support the development of DCUBED's world-first in-space manufacturing (ISM) technology
- Work with the PMs and a multidisciplinary technical team to design system architectures
- Perform system trade-offs for ISM solar arrays
- Define system requirements to comply with customer and ECSS / NASA specifications
- Derive component-level requirements
- Create verification plans and design verification activities
What you bring to the table
- BS / MS degree in Engineering (aerospace, mechanical, electrical, or a related subject )
- 3+ years of experience with space system development
- Knowledge of engineering standards used in the space industry (eg ECSS, MIL)
- Experience with end-to-end system engineering processes
- Fluent in English
- Proven record of successful flight missions in a systems engineer or technical leadership
- Understanding of structures, thermal control, and electrical systems
- Python coding experience
