WHO WE ARE
We are a dynamic and motivated team - consisting of highly motivated creative brainstorming champions and analytical logic heads. Together we shape the strategic direction and transformation of Mercedes-Benz Operations.
Mercedes-Benz Operations (MO) is the Board of Management department for Production, Quality and Supply Chain Management at Mercedes-Benz Group AG. The role of our Strategic Alignment & Transformation department is to strengthen Mercedes-Benz Operations for the future. We see ourselves as a driving force and shaper of transformation - active, collaborative and with our finger on the pulse of the workforce.
As a department, we are very diverse: you can learn from both young career starters and experienced colleagues. But we have one thing in common: we all attach great importance to collegial and constructive interaction and live an open error culture.
The D.SHIFT Transformation team is responsible for planning, managing and driving forward the D.SHIFT program in MO. D.SHIFT supports selected employees from production as part of a retraining programme in digital job profiles in order to drive forward the path towards the future and digitalization.
D.SHIFT is part of the Mercedes-Benz Turn2Learn qualification offensive and focuses on the further training of digital skills for employees in production. In just under a year, participants are retrained as data specialists, for example.
In the D.SHIFT team, we provide intensive individual support to the participants and enable them to make the best possible start in predefined target positions. This facilitates each participant's path into the digital future and subsequently enables them to take up a new job in the digital environment.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Participate in the creation of presentations and in the preparation and implementation of various events as part of D.SHIFT Supporting the "Digital Pioneers" participants, in particular preparing and following up on regular appointments Conception and creation of surveys via Mentimeter as well as corresponding evaluation & derivation of measures Contributing to the ongoing maintenance, creation and editing of posts on the social intranet site "D.SHIFT" Support in the conception and organization of events, e.g. campaigns for the D.SHIFT program Smooth preparation and follow-up of regular meetings and workshops, including preparation and creation of documents Researching and helping to shape the content of creative and innovative ideas relating to digitalization topics Preparation of communication proposals & conceptual elaboration of project presentations QualifikationenWHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
Transformation is not a buzzword for you and you enjoy shaping future topics You are studying economics, media communication sciences, business informatics or a comparable course of study You have a very good command of German and a good command of English (written and spoken) You have a good knowledge of MS Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word) You are characterized by a structured, responsible and independent way of working You have a quick grasp and are motivated to learn new things You have flexibility, a high level of initiative and good verbal skills You have strong communication skills and excellent organizational skills You already have practical experience, e.g. in digital IT projects and project management...
