Für unsere Sparte Project Management Fit-Out im Bereich Project & Development Services am Standort München suchen wir einen engagierten und erfahrenen Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt als:

Team Manager, Project Management (m/w/d)

Deine Aufgaben

In Deiner zukünftigen Rolle als Team Manager Project Management Fit-Out am Standort München übernimmst Du die Verantwortung für die Akquise und reibungslose Abwicklung von Aus- und Umbauprojekten. Du wirst intern mit mehreren Business Lines Zusammenarbeiten und spannende Projekte für unsere nationalen und internationalen Kunden bearbeiten. Zu unseren Kunden zählen Corporates, Institutionelle Investoren aber auch private Investoren.

Die Projekte sind Asset- und Nutzungsklassen übergreifend, jedoch mit einem Fokus auf modernsten Büroarbeitsplätzen.

Du übernimmst die Führung, den Ausbau und die fachliche Weiterentwicklung eines bestehenden Teams von ca. 6 Mitarbeitern Aktive Akquise von Projekten aus dem JLL- Netzwerk sowie durch eigene Initiative in Abstimmung mit der Leitung von Project & Development Services Region Mitte (Frankfurt, Stuttgart) Aufsetzen und führen von Projekten in der Initiierungsphase

Dein Profil

Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (Diplom oder Master) im Bereich Architektur, Bauingenieurwesen oder Innenarchitektur - idealerweise ergänzt um ein immobilienwirtschaftliches oder betriebswirtschaftliches Aufbaustudium (Immobilienökonom, MBA, o.ä.) Du hast mind. 10 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Projekt Management, in u Planung und/oder in der Immobilien Projektentwicklung mit Affinität zu kostenbewusstem und wertbeständigem Design Davon mindestens 3 Jahre nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams Leidenschaft für Nachhaltigkeit, Innovation, Umweltschutz und die Schaffung eines positiven sozialen Einflusses Interesse am eigenständigen Aufbau von Kundenbindungen Ausgeprägtes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Qualitätsbewusstsein Du Bist in der Region München bereits vernetzt und hast ein hohes Interesse an der Projekt Akquise und dem Aufbau von Kundenbeziehungen Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Dienstleistungsorientierung Souveräner Umgang mit dem gesamten Microsoft Office Paket (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Einsatz von Branchen Software zur Kosten- und Terminsteuerung, wie beispielsweise MS Project und Probis Kommunikationsstärke mit sehr guter deutscher und englischer Sprachkenntniss in Wort und Schrift (C2 Niveau)
