Project Manager - Nuclear Fusion and R&D

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our nuclear fusion and R&D projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for structuring and supporting projects aimed at building a power plant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define project scope, goals, and outcomes in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resources
  • Coordinate and manage project activities to ensure adherence to the project plan
  • Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments for successful completion
  • Develop and manage project budgets
  • Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders
  • Prepare and present regular project status reports
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Create and present detailed project reports to stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Completed degree in engineering, project management, or a related field
  • Several years of professional experience in project management, ideally in the energy sector or large infrastructure projects
  • Strong knowledge in developing and managing project plans and budgets
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • English proficiency is essential; German is optional
