Für ein neues Projekt in unserer Unternehmensgruppe, suchen wir Unterstützung im Performance Marketing Bereich (B2C). Der geplante monthly Ad-Spend beträgt +100k€ mit starkem Fokus auf Meta. Unser Organic Content und Design Team steht bereits. Wir sind auf der Suche nach einer Hands-On Person, welche den Performance Marketing Bereich mit aufbaut.

Aufgaben

Management der Performance Marketing Kanäle und Werbekonten (Meta, Google)

  • Planung und Durchführung von Kampagnen
  • Aufbereitung von Reportings zur datengetriebenen Auswertung und Optimierung
  • Einarbeitung in die Zielgruppe und Aufbereitung von Key Insights
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Organic Content und Design Team
Qualifikation
  • Wir sehen Ausbildung, Studium oder deinen Lebenslauf nicht als Nachweis für Qualifikation, für uns zählen Ergebnisse und Hands-on-Mentalität.
  • Da wir mit viel Momentum in das neue Projekt reinstarten brauchst du Vorerfahrung in der Verwaltung von Werbekonten auf den großen Plattformen (Meta, Google).
  • Ein strukturiertes Vorgehen ist für uns das A und O, daher ist es wichtig dass du bereits in einem Performance Marketing Team gearbeitet hast.
  • Am besten hast du auch schon mit kreativen Teams zusammengearbeitet, damit du effizient mit unserem Designteam arbeiten kannst.

Die App Akademie bietet deutschlandweit das erste Bootcamp im Bereich der cross-platform App Entwicklung an. In 9 Monaten (Vollzeit) machen wir unsere Teilnehmer/Innen fit in der Zukunftstechnologie Flutter, indem Programmierung als digitales Handwerk gelehrt wird - Projekte und Coden stehen im Vordergrund.
