With a strong focus on health, safety and quality, we are looking for a dedicated Health, Safety and Quality Manager (HSQ Manager LCS) to take over the role for the Life Cycle Service. The HSQ Manager LCS ensures that health, safety and quality management is fully implemented and improved in the global service organizations in line with the Kardex Remstar overall strategy.

Your tasks

Leading strategic HSQ projects

Definition and evaluation of HSQ targets together with the responsible persons

Create, implement and maintain global specific policies and templates for the function

Communication on Health, Safety & Quality (HSQ) topics in the LCS organization

Supporting the LCS country organizations operationally and in the use of the EHS software Quentic

Monitoring training status, inspection requirements, conducting audits, occupational accidents, preparing risk assessments 

Your profile

Bachelor's degree (e.g. electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics) or comparable qualification

Knowledge and several years of professional experience in the HSQ field, ideally in an international industrial company

Experience in project management

Qualification in H&S: e.g. Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit §6 ASiG & Quality: e.g. QMB training or comparable

Experience with Quentic, CRM and SAP desirable

Detailed knowledge of ISO standards (ISO9001 and 45001) and the application of the Machinery Directive

Very good knowledge of German and English CEFR Level B2 (advanced intermediate level)
