Aufgaben
  • Du arbeitest mit interdisziplinären Teams zusammen, treibst den Problemlösungsprozess voran und entwickelst mit analytischen und kreativen Methoden umsetzbare Empfehlungen für unsere Kund:innen.
  • Du leitest agile Projekte in den Bereichen Strategische Marketing- und Vertriebsmodelle, eCom- und Plattformgeschäft und Aufbau Digitales Geschäft.
  • Du managst den Kundenkontakt, gestaltest und moderierst Meetings und Workshops.
  • Du mentorst und coachst Junior-Berater:innen in den Bereichen Marketingstrategie, Digitalstrategie und Innovation.
  • Du identifizierst und erschließt neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten und trägst zur Weiterentwicklung interner Initiativen bei.
Qualifikation
  • Du hast einen Abschluss in Marketing, BWL, Management oder in einem verwandten analytischen Bereich.
  • Du bringst mehr als 3 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in der Unternehmensberatung oder im strategischen Marketing.
  • Du zählst analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten zu deinen absoluten Stärken und hast Erfahrung in der Anwendung von Frameworks und Methoden der Marketingstrategie (sowie Digital Business Strategie) in einer kundenorientierten Umgebung.
  • Du hast Erfahrung in der Führung von Projektteams, Workstreams und Kund:innenbeziehungen und möchtest mit einer hohen Eigenverantwortung arbeiten
  • Du bringst unternehmerisches Denken und eine starke Problemlösungs- und Kundenorientierung mit.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
