Wir suchen einen engagierten Projektmanager (m/w/d), der die Implementierung neuer Kundenprojekte leitet und maßgeschneiderte Logistiklösungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Kunden und operativen Teams entwickelt. Ihre Rolle Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Projektmanager (m/w/d) für die Implementierung im Bereich der Kontraktlogistik. Die Position ist unbefristet und in Vollzeit an unserem Standort in Karlstein am Main. Ihre Hauptaufgabe wird die Leitung und Umsetzung von Kundenprojekten im Bereich der Kontraktlogistik sein. Sie sollten über mindestens drei Jahre Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, vorzugsweise in Greenfield-Projekten, verfügen. Sie arbeiten eng mit verschiedenen internen und externen Stakeholdern zusammen, um die Anforderungen der Kunden zu erfüllen und eine hohe Kundenzufriedenheit zu gewährleisten. Ein starkes Verständnis für die Logistikbranche und hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sind unerlässlich. Ihre Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Projektmanagement und -steuerung für Neukundenimplementierungen
  • Konzeptionierung kundenspezifischer Logistiklösungen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Kunden sowie den operativen Teams
  • Selbstständige Bearbeitung von Ausschreibungen im Sinne von Planung und Kalkulation für die Kontraktlogistik
  • Konzeption, Erstellung und Präsentation von Angeboten sowie deren Nachverhandlung
  • Unterstützung der Standorte bei Prozessoptimierungen und Geschäftserweiterungen
Diese Qualifikation sollten Sie mitbringen
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein Studium mit Schwerpunkt Logistik sowie einschlägige Kenntnisse im Bereich Lagerlogistik/ Warehousing
  • Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der fachlichen Leitung von Logistikprojekten, sowie in der Erstellung von (Kontrakt-) Logistikkonzepten bzw. Angeboten und wechselnden Teams mit hoher Kundenbeteiligung
  • Hohe Kundenorientierung und gute Konflikt- und Integrationsfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Sehr gute Methodenkenntnisse (Projekt- und Lean Management) von Vorteil
  • Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Deutschlands
