About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team at Mace. As a key member of our programme delivery team, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex projects from initiation to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables
  • Ensure compliance with Mace's safety, quality, and environmental policies
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as necessary
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project management, with a focus on complex industrial, manufacturing, and data centre environments
  • Professional membership, such as MRICS/RICS, and moving towards fellowship
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience in budgeting and cost management
  • Leadership and management experience of large, diverse teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
