Dein Beitrag:

Leitung des gesamten Produktlebenszyklus von der Konzeption bis zur Markteinführung

Durchführung von Marktanalysen und Erstellung von Produktstrategien

Definition von Produktanforderungen und Erstellung von Roadmaps

Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklungs- und Design-Teams, um Produktfunktionen zu planen und umzusetzen

Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden, um deren Bedürfnisse zu verstehen und in die Produktentwicklung einzubeziehen

Überwachung der Leistung des Produkts und Implementierung von Verbesserungen basierend auf den Rückmeldungen der Nutzer

Kommunikation der Produktvision und -strategie gegenüber internen und externen Stakeholdern

Das bringst Du mit:

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Gesundheitswesen, Informatik, Wirtschaft oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

Nachgewiesene Erfahrung als Produktmanager im digitalen Bereich, vorzugsweise im Gesundheitswesen

Verständnis der regulatorischen Anforderungen im Gesundheitswesen

Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Probleme zu lösen

Starke Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten

Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit agilen Entwicklungsmethoden

Teamorientierung und die Fähigkeit, in einem dynamischen Umfeld zu arbeiten
