Werden Sie Teil unseres Teams als Advanced Business Operations Analyst (m/w/d) in unserem Werk in Paderborn. Sie arbeiten an verschiedenen Verbesserungsprojekten zur Standardisierung, Optimierung und Automatisierung von Prozessen. Entwicklung und Anwendung datengesteuerter Metriken zur Bewertung der betrieblichen Effizienz des Unternehmens.   • Entwickeln und implementieren Sie ein Reporting System in Power BI, um Probleme und Effizienzsteigerungen zu verdeutlichen.
  • Automatisieren Sie KPIs, Nachverfolgung und Zentralisierung der Berichterstellung.
  • Nutzen Sie Technologien (z. B. Power BI) zur Prozessoptimierung und Effizienzsteigerung.
  • Präsentation auf Führungsebene über Status, KPI’s, Maßnahmen und Aktionen der Operationen.

Requirements
  • Master-Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Volkswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Data Science, Business Analytics oder einem verwandten Bereich.
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Rolle im Bereich Business Operations, Projekt- oder Prozessmanagement.
  • Problemlösungskompetenz und ausgeprägte Fähigkeit Prioritäten zu setzen.
  • Erfahrung mit Prozessmanagement-Tools sowie der Erstellung aussagekräftiger Managementberichte und KPI-Dashboards sowie Analysen für Interessengruppen.
  • Kenntnisse in Data Mining, deskriptiver und prädiktiver Analyse, Machine Learning Forecasting models (Python), SQL, RPA und Automatisierung, Power BI und Dataflows sind von Vorteil.
  • Ausgeprägte IT-Affinität und großes Interesse an digitaler Transformation, Process Mining, Prozessautomatisierung und KI.
  • Hohe Datenaffinität und Verfügung über eine analytische, proaktive, strukturierte, lösungs- und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Informationen verständlich darzustellen.
