About the Role

As an HR Business Partner at Amazon Deutschland W18 Transport GmbH, you will play a key role in supporting the growth and development of our logistics team. Your primary responsibility will be to provide expert HR guidance and support to our operations team, ensuring that all HR-related processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with our operations team to understand their needs and provide tailored HR solutions.
  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies to drive business results and improve employee engagement.
  • Provide expert advice on HR-related matters, including recruitment, talent management, and employee relations.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends and insights that inform HR decisions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders and employees.

Requirements
