Ihre Aufgaben

Leitung des Bereichs Quality Engineering innerhalb des globalen QualitätsmanagementsDefinition und Implementierung von schlanken, GMP-konformen Prozessen und Abläufen in Ihrem VerantwortungsbereichLeitung und Mitarbeit in funktionsübergreifenden Projekten mit direktem Einfluss auf die Geschäftsziele von SCHOTT PharmaAktives Vorantreiben der Digitalisierung von qualitätsrelevanten ProzessenEtablierung von „Peer Groups“ zu den relevanten Kernthemen in Ihrem VerantwortungsbereichMitarbeiterführung und -entwicklung 

Ihr Profil

Mindestens 8 Jahre Erfahrung in den Bereichen Qualitätsmanagement und/oder Engineering, bevorzugt in der Pharma-/ PharmazulieferindustrieAbgeschlossenes ingenieur-/naturwissenschaftliches Studium Erfahrung im Führen von MitarbeiternErfahrung in der Leitung und/oder Durchführung von Projekten Praktische Kenntnisse in der Arbeit mit SAP und weiteren elektronischen Qualitätsmanagementsystemen Umfassende Erfahrung in der Digitalisierung von ProzessenEnglisch und Deutsch fließend in Wort und Schrift
