De afdeling

De Daikin (Belux) Transport Refrigeration Business Unit houdt toezicht op de verkoop, service, bedrijfsontwikkeling en strategieontwikkeling voor transport refrigeration, geproduceerd door Zanotti Spa, een dochteronderneming van Daikin. Dit is een nieuw bedrijfssegment voor Daikin, en de algemene doelstelling is om Zanotti uit te bouwen tot een vooraanstaande speler in transportkoeling wereldwijd.

Om onze ambitieuze lange termijn doelstellingen te realiseren, zijn we op zoek naar een Service en After-sales ingenieur, bij voorkeur gebaseerd in België, om ons team te versterken en onze klanten aftersales tevredenheid te garanderen door middel van verschillende verantwoordelijkheden.

Jouw functie

Ontwikkeling van het servicenetwerk

Als een continu proces en met de steun van Daikin Europe teams, zorg je ervoor dat ons servicenetwerk voldoende geografische dekking heeft en volwassen wordt door het opzetten van de juiste contracten, tools en processen. Je zorgt er ook voor dat de lokale organisatie voor reserveonderdelen zo is opgezet dat ze de klant de snelste service kan bieden, hetzij door de expresverzending van onderdelen vanuit lokale magazijnen, hetzij door de beschikbaarheid van voorraden bij dealers op basis van bestaande wagenparken of daar waar verkoop plaatsvindt.

Technische ondersteuning

Je bent beschikbaar om technische ondersteuning te bieden aan servicepartners, zelfbedieningsklanten, dealers of andere installateurs, zoals carrosseriebouwers, via de telefoon en andere moderne hulpmiddelen voor hulp op afstand, of door naar de locatie te reizen als dat nodig is. De ondersteuning omvat hulp voor nieuwe installateurs, probleemoplossing en het oplossen van problemen, ondersteuning bij de selectie van reserveonderdelen of coaching bij het gebruik van de tools. Je biedt ook ondersteuning bij het beheer van garantiekwesties volgens de Daikin-processen (Local Country) en geeft deskundig advies over de hoofdoorzaken en stelt waar nodig de verantwoordelijkheden vast.

Opleidingen

Je organiseert en verspreidt regelmatig opleidingen voor dealers, hetzij in klaslokalen in vergaderzalen van Daikin, hetzij op de locaties van de dealers, met behulp van opleidingsmateriaal ontwikkeld door het serviceteam van Daikin Europe.

Jouw profiel

Je hebt een technisch diploma of grondige ervaring in koeltechniek of industriële engineering met kennis van thermodynamica. Je hebt minimum 2 jaar ervaring in de koel- of bedrijfsvoertuigenindustrie in een deskundige technische functie. Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands, Frans en Engels. Je bent vertrouwd met het gebruik van een PC met moderne IT tools & rapporteringssystemen. Je hebt sterke analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden, presentatie- en teamvaardigheden en een passie om te leren, te onderwijzen en je kennis te delen met je servicepartners en collega's. Je bent in staat om je eigen prioriteiten te stellen om de bedrijfsdoelstellingen te bereiken. Je staat open voor reizen naar het buitenland voor fabrieksbezoeken, trainingen of diverse vergaderingen of evenementen.
