Position
We are hiring for the position of a Procurement Manager to be based in the office of Euromed Pharma DACH in Großbeeren / Berlin for immediate start.
About the Job
As a Procurement Manager at Euromed Pharma DACH you will be responsible for the sourcing and purchasing of goods and services essential for the company's operations. This role involves developing a procurement strategy, negotiating with suppliers and ensuring that the procurement processes are align with company goals and compliant with policies and regulations.
What you'll be doing
Vendor Management: Maintain relationships with suppliers, handle inquiries, and assist in the evaluation of supplier performance. Prepare and process of purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to procurement policies. Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities, including purchase orders, contracts, and delivery schedules. Ensure that all procurement documents are properly filed and archived for audit purposes. Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
Requirements
What you need to be successful
Education: High school diploma or university degree. Additional certifications in procurement, supply chain management, or related fields are a plus. Proven experience as a Procurement Manager or in a similar role (minimum 2 years), preferably within the pharmaceutical industry. Fluency in German and English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus Knowledge of procurement software and tools, and knowledge of SAGE software is a plus. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Clear and effective communication skills with suppliers, colleagues, and other departments. Ability to collaborate and support with various teams. Ability to adapt to changes and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.What you'll get
