What you will enjoy doing

• You lead the SAP S4 HANA migration in EMEA under the umbrella of the Global S4 HANA program and also lead and manage the SAP S4 pre-project portfolio in EMEA (e.g. FICO projects, archiving)
• Further, you engage and collaborate with IT and business stakeholders from various departments and across all levels in the EMEA organization
• You work in close alignment with the dedicated program team, project managers of preparation projects, suppliers as well as with the relevant line management organizations involved from business and IT
• You support the project setup and you manage project timelines, budgets, and resources of the preparation projects and the migration projects to ensure the successful delivery of the S4 program in EMEA
• Moreover, you will be part of the REW IT Demand & Project Management team and work mostly independently as key person from EMEA within the global S4 program
• You are a reliable and trusted partner towards the different stakeholders, to ensure balancing of competing priorities

What makes you great

• You possess a degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or similar area
• In addition you have gained at least 15 years of professional experience in a related industrial environment, preferably in IT consulting
• You have strong experience in IT project management, applying industry standard methodologies (e.g., PMI, Prince 2 or similar). Change Management knowledge or certification is a plus
• You have a proven track record of successful SAP project delivery in a complex, multi-country environment. Operational SAP knowledge from a previous role is a plus
• Also, you are familiar with SAP systems, including a broad understanding how SAP enables business critical processes in areas such as Logistics, Sales and Finance. You know challenges and concepts of SAP data migration and SAP testing
• You know how SAP ties into the IT Enterprise Architecture, connected to business critical satellite systems
• You work independently and proactively, effectively managing competing priorities
• You can moderate workshops and communicate with various stakeholders effectively, result driven. You effectively coordinate, manage and delegate. You can convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Moreover, you can define and create deliverables independently as well as in a team. You can manage interdisciplinary teams and drive team results towards the goal
• You have very good English skills, and you are willing to travel occasionally
