**What you will enjoy doing**
- You will leverage and drive the reliability and maintenance improvement program in EMEA for rotating equipment and collaborate with the regions to ensure proper definition of maintenance planning in terms of run to failure, time-based maintenance, and condition-based maintenance, as well as the follow up for execution and compliance of the defined maintenance planning strategies.
- You will be responsible for the evaluation of RBU’s overhaul and replacement requests for rotating equipment, ensuring CBM findings are fully represented in the maintenance /turnaround scoping process and the use of non-OEM are considered to maximum extent.
- On top you will technically support during overhaul/replacement, including supervision in case of non-OEM execution if required.
- Ensuring EMEA has an effective spares program, with critical spares optimized & managed in EMEA’s central warehouse is part of this role as well as coordination of the EMEA central warehouse, including logistics and repair activities of the spare parts.
- You will collaborate with CoE and support the RBU’s in trouble shooting and route cause analysis, as well as support in the rectification works of failed equipment and supervision of planned maintenance activities.
- On top you will participate in reliability assessments for Bulk and Onsite Production Plants
- You will provide expert input in technical specification for new investments as well as for machinery retrofits and upgrades, with special focus on ASU Plants.
- Furthermore you will manage supplier network and ensure feedback loops on critical vendor performance.
- You will enjoy building successful working relationships with plant, regional and globally based colleagues.

**What makes you great**
- You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering degree or equivalent.
- You have several years of experience in operation and maintenance of rotating machinery including all types of centrifugal and reciprocating compressors, expansion turbines, refrigeration units, cooling towers, pumps, etc
- You have sound knowledge about preventative and corrective maintenance techniques for rotating equipment and experience in root cause failure analysis of machinery problems/damages.
- You have proven experience in working in a matrix organization and in developing sustainable networks and relationships across processes, functions, and organizations.
- You have excellent influencing skills and proven ability to take decisive actions to deliver tangible results in a cross-functional organization.
- Social and intercultural competencies are among your strengths, and you are willing to travel.
- Excellent oral, written communication and reporting skills in English, complete your profile.
