Responsibilities
Implementation and compliance with YARA HESQ standards & systems, including ISO and other certification standards Develop and manage local safety plans and projects in line with YARA’s safety culture Analysis of safety incidents, work accidents and near misses as well as recording and evaluating test results to derive necessary measures Execute and support internal and external audits Ensure any necessary monitoring and reporting to management and local authorities Lead the HESQ-Team (including environment, occupational and plant safety) and the laboratoryProfile
Degree (at least BSc/ MSc) in chemistry, environment, or equivalent qualification At least 8 years of professional experience in the HESQ area, preferably in the chemical industry Qualified auditor for different standards Good communication skills Knowledge of the relevant laws, regulations and standards Experience in ISO certification process Team worker with ability to work independently Fluent in German and EnglishWhat we offer
