ZUSAMMENFASSUNG

Als Werkstattleiter (m/w/d) spielst du eine entscheidende Rolle in unserem Team. Du bist verantwortlich für die Organisation und Überwachung der Arbeitsabläufe, arbeitest eng mit Fachverantwortlichen zusammen und berichtest an den Senior Manager Technical Service. Dabei sicherst du hohe Qualitätsstandards und trägst mit deinem fundierten Fachwissen zum Erfolg unserer Auszubildenden bei.

DEINE MISSION

  • Verantwortlich für die Einteilung und Führung des Werkstatt-Teams
  • Organisation, Durchführung und Kontrolle aller in der Werkstatt relevanten Vorgänge
  • Betreuung und Entwicklung unserer Auszubildenden 
  • Verantwortlich für die Einhaltung der definierten Qualitätsstandards, sowie Endkontrollen
  • Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Werkstatt-Prozesse
  • Diagnose und Dokumentation von Fehlerbildern 
  • Aufbau und Instandsetzung von Bikes und Anbauteilen
DAS BRINGST DU MIT

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zweiradmechatroniker oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum Zweiradmechatroniker-Meister
  • Mehrere Jahre Berufs- und Führungserfahrung sind wünschenswert
  • Umfangreiche Fahrradkenntnisse und Begeisterung für Technik
  • Ausgeprägter Servicegedanke, handwerkliches Geschick sowie ein hohes Maß an Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Freude Mitarbeitende zu leiten und zu begeistern
  • Geschickt im Kommunizieren, offen im Gespräch, Teamplayer
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office und SAP
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
