Mercedes-Benz Digital is looking for a self-confident, ambitious person with a digital affinity for a project assignment in the strategic and global development of an in-car platform for Mercedes-Benz digital services starting in October 4 (flexible entry date).
We place the highest value on digital change and create the ideal conditions for creativity and innovation with an agile and start-up-like working atmosphere. In the Mercedes me Business Development In-Car Platform (MxD/MD) department, we combine marketing, sales and IT to develop digital products from the idea to operation along the customer journey and make a significant contribution to digital sales targets with online sales.
You will face these challenges:
Writing a thesis as part of a global strategy project for innovative, digital services in Mercedes-Benz vehicles (topic can be designed flexibly) Take on sub-projects with a defined framework and develop them from the start Support the conception and development of digital services along the customer journey based on customer feedback and analytics Preparation and reinforcement of so-called "pitch" presentations in the acquisition of external partner companies Continuous benchmarking and market research as well as conception and implementation of customer studies in the field of digital services in the vehicle Supporting the team in the preparation and follow-up of (management) meetings and workshopsThe final topic will be determined in consultation with the university, you and us.
Qualifikationen Degree in business administration, business informatics, industrial engineering, innovation management or a comparable course of study Experience in using Atlassian software such as JIRA and Confluence is an advantage Experience in digital ecosystems, requirements management and in interface functions between business and IT is an advantage Interest and previous experience in the field of digital services and business models (e.g. e-marketplace / platforms / apps, data business, software development) Confident handling of MS Office Confident written and spoken German and English skills Commitment Organizational and communication skills Strategic & analytical way of thinkingAdditional information:
