Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.


Your tasks and responsibilities:

You work in a software development team to develop new MR applications and workflows for our global market You represent the customer and key stakeholders to the team. Together with product management, you define and prioritize feature content to achieve the organization's goals while considering business aspects and customer satisfaction You are responsible for maintaining the backlog of an agile team. Together with them and product management, you cut larger topics (solutions) into meaningful product increments to enable early feedback You coordinate the team in its activities (e.g.: planning, refinement and review), provide detailed information and promote alignment between the team and the rest of the organization You collaborate with other product owners, product management, project management and other stakeholders to ensure optimal workflow across the organization You are responsible for the documentation of formal requirements in your area of responsibility

Your qualifications and experience:

You hold a university degree in MedTech, physics, computer science or a comparable field of study You have long-term experience as a developer, product owner or product manager in software development You already have successfully demonstrated your customer focus in the field of MR applications in your previous area of responsibility You impress with your strong knowledge of agile development processes and with the special features of software development for medical devices and applications Experience in clinical routine and examination workflows is an advantage
