Wir sind ein expandierendes Softwareunternehmen, das auf die Entwicklung komplexer Individualsoftware und Data Science spezialisiert ist. Um unserem Wachstum gerecht zu werden, suchen wir Verstärkung für unser Data Science-Team in Erlangen.

Als Product Owner mit Schwerpunkt Data Science und AI übernimmst du die Verantwortung für ein Projekt aus dem Bereich Datenanalyse, Datenaufbereitung und Machine Learning Modellierung. Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Kunden aus verschiedenen Branchen zusammen und übersetzt die Kundenanforderungen für dein Team. Mit deinem Team erarbeitest du Lösungen für Kundenanforderungen und Produktideen.

Aufgaben
- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für ein Team aus Data Scientists & Software Developer
- Du erarbeitest in Zusammenarbeit mit deinem Kunden die Produktvision sowie die konkreten Requirements
- Du bist verantwortlich für Planung, Steuerung und Controlling deines Teams
- Du erstellst, pflegst und priorisiert das Product Backlog

Qualifikation
- Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes, technisches Hochschulstudium, z. B. Informatik, Physik, Elektrotechnik, Automatisierungstechnik, Fahrzeugtechnik oder vergleichbarer Studiengang, eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker\* für Anwendungsentwicklung oder einschlägige Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung
- Beherrschung moderner Software-Technologien und Erfahrungen in Softwareentwicklungs
- bzw. datenzentrierten Projekten
- Erfahrung in Projekt
- und Teamsteuerung
- Erfahrungen im Umgang mit BI-Tools (z. B. Tableau) und ETL-Strecken
- Den Wunsch, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
- Lernbereitschaft, Neugier und Teamgeist
- Exzellente Deutsch
- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
