Als Growth Marketing Manager (w/d/m) analysierst du Markttrends und Kundenverhalten, verantwortest Marketingmaßnahmen und leitest daraus geeignete Salesmaßnahmen ab.

Deine Aufgaben

Als Growth Marketing Manager (w/d/m)...

  • Unterstützt du das Sales Team: Du generierst qualitative Leads für unser Sales DACH Team durch geeignete Marketinginitiativen und bist auch bereit, mal selbst zum Hörer zu greifen
  • Identifizierst du neue Wachstumschancen: Du analysierst Markttrends, Kundenverhalten und interne Daten zur Identifikation attraktiver Marktmöglichkeiten
  • Setzt du dein breites Marketingwissen gekonnt ein: Du planst, implementierst und überwachst Marketinginitiativen um die richtige Zielgruppe anzusprechen 
  • Arbeitest du analytisch: Du triffst Entscheidungen auf Grundlage von Daten mit Hilfe von Analytic Tools und Dashboards
  • Findest du Lösungen: Du arbeitest pragmatisch und lösungsorientiert, bist proaktiv und kreativ. Gleichzeitig hinterfragst du kritisch und lernst aus Auswertungen und Daten  
  • Arbeitest du gern im Team: Du arbeitest eng mit anderen Teams (Customer Success, Product, Revenue Operations und anderen) zusammen, um Wachstumsinitiativen mit den allgemeinen Unternehmenszielen abzustimmen
Dein Profil

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Growth Marketing Manager, Growth Analyst oder in einer ähnlichen Funktion mit Fachkenntnissen in A/B-Tests, Growth Metrics und Analytics, bevorzugt in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Sales Team
  • Erfahrung im SaaS-Umfeld gepaart mit fundierten CRM Kenntnissen (vorzugsweise Hubspot)
  • Datenorientierte Arbeitsweise, Erfahrung in der Aufbereitung von Daten und der Erstellung von Berichten, um sie für interne Stakeholder nutzbar zu machen
  • Ausgeprägte Analyse- und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten, mit einem guten Verständnis von Web- und Social-Media-Analysetools (z. B. Google Analytics, SEMrush)
  • Know-how im Fundraising 
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- (C1) und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1)
