Conduct ongoing quality checks of the daily work of the Training Operations team to ensure adherence to quality standards as defined by department leadership. Create and maintain internal job aids, training materials, and controlled documents (SWIs and SOPs) with respect to the Training Operations process. Oversee metrics and trends related to quality performance KPIs and communicate any change in trend to department leadership for continuous improvement. Prepare client-facing reports related to the quality of training operations activities or effectiveness of training.What we look for:
Associates degree in a related field. 1-3 years experience in adult education, training operations, or a quality related field. Expert Excel skills for both data analysis and reporting required Ability to communicate in a clear, professional manner. Strong attention to detail Strong technical aptitude including the ability to learn new software and tools quickly.At Clario, we put people first, always.
