Data Acquisition Associate

Join Clario as Data Acquisition Associate (f/m/d) and be responsible for the receipt and processing of all non-electronic source data following Clario SOPs and SWIs. You would maintain all study-related documentation after processing is complete; perform digital resolutions and assist with special data entry and review projects in Estenfeld.

The working hours of this role are 32 hours/ week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday onsite, Tuesday WFH, Thursday OOO).

What you'll be doing:
- Support departmental workflow by receiving and processing source data into the appropriate operational systems (via Flash drives)- Confirm digital ECGs in the Expert system- Perform SECs in the Active Queries Queue in Expert.- Maintain departmental metrics in accordance with goal plan- Participate in required training programs- Report any equipment and or system problems- File source documents once workflow is complete- Monitor mailbox and distribute correspondence to appropriate Data Coordinator assigned to the study- Archive closed studies upon notification of study lock- Manage requests and maintain log of the removal and return of source documents from the operations filing system- Maintain accurate and organized source documentation files.- Assist with special data entry and review projects as needed.

What we look for:
- BS or BA degree in life sciences or related field preferred- 1 year data processing experience- Good organizational, problem solving and communication skills- Demonstrated computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook- Detail oriented with good proofreading skills- Proficient data entry/typing skills- Ability to communicate effectively in English
