Aufgabenschwerpunkte:

Selbständiges Verrichten technischer Arbeiten im Rahmen allgemeiner Richtlinien Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung und Aktualisierung der Programmziele als auch der Produkt-Markt-Strategie Erarbeitung von Produktideen/Produkten im Abgleich der Geschäftsfelder bei Berücksichtigung von Markt- und Kundennutzen Mitwirkung in der Definition und Validierung von Marksegmenten, Kunden, Monetarisierungspotenzialen, Timing, Wertschöpfung, etc. Beschaffung und Aufbereitung marktaussagefähiger Kennzahlen Technische, qualitative und kaufmännische Umsetzung des Programms und dessen abgeleiteten, operativen Maßnahmen Koordination der Entwicklungs-, Einkaufs-, Vertriebs- und Industrialisierungsaktivitäten Auf- und Ausbau von Kundenbeziehungen Erstellen und Pflegen von Termin- und Projektplänen im Rahmen der Geschäftsanbahnungsphase Koordination von Anlagenbeschaffung, Testequipment und Infrastruktur für Großserie Koordinierung von und Mitwirkung bei Marketingmaßnahmen (Messe- und Kongressbesuche, etc.)

Anforderungsprofil:

Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (oder Techniker/Meister) mit umfangreicher Berufserfahrung und Spezialwissen (mind. auf Teilgebieten) Gute Kenntnisse im technischen und im betriebswirtschaftlichen Bereich Erfahrung im Bereich Projektmanagement sowie in der Produktentwicklung Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse Niveau B2 Gute Kenntnisse in SAP, MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) und MS-Project Organisationstalent Selbstständiger, eigenverantwortlicher Arbeitsstil Sehr gutes Verhandlungsgeschick Teamfähigkeit, Bereitschaft zur Mitarbeit in einem internationalen Team Globale Reisebereitschaft
