Summary

This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.

About the Position: Serves as Garrison Program Manager for housing functions, i.e., family housing, unaccompanied personnel housing (UPH), housing program and budget (AFH, OMA, and NAF), infrastructure management, off- post private rental housing, and Temporary Lodging Allowance (TLA).



Duties
  • Execute the centralized housing management operations and activities.
  • Evaluate facilities in order to ensure the effective utilization of housing assets.
  • Direct a group of personnel engaged in accomplishment of the division's operations through multiple supervisors.
  • Develop management plans and criteria related to the application of agency housing policy.
  • Create cost estimates and proposals for housing construction projects.
