About the Role

How you will contribute

Personnel processing including contract and certification management Contact person for employees in all personnel-related matters Support in the monthly preparation of payroll accounting including control Maintenance of the time recording and payroll system Support & coordination of recruitment measures including applicant management Preparation of personnel-relevant statistics, evaluations & reports Support of the personnel management Collaboration in national as well as international HR projects

Your Key Qualifications

Commercial training with further education in the HR area desirable (HR manager), alternatively a successfully completed degree with a focus on HR First professional experience in human resources is an advantage Knowledge of social security and labor law is advantageous German & English fluently spoken & written Confident handling of MS-Office applications Experience with time recording and payroll systems is an advantage You are a team player, responsible, have strong communication skills, are reliable, maintain an overview even in more turbulent times and appreciate direct contact with internal and external customers. You work independently and are characterized by a clear hands-on mentality as well as goal-oriented, organized and proactive work with high self-demands.
