We are looking for a Strategy & Operations Associate Principal to oversee one of our most impactful partnerships in the DACH region. Via’s technology platform powers WirMobil, the transport service for those with special mobility needs in Berlin. This is an individual contributor role for someone who is eager to roll-up their sleeves and get into the nitty gritty while truly shaping strategy, P&L and our long-term relationship with our partner.
Please note this role is also posted as Associate General Manager.
What You'll Do:
Own the P&L for our service and deliver on financial goals while meeting SLAsDefine strategies with the Operations team to balance service quality and operational excellence Drive strategic conversations with the partner and other external stakeholders to shape the future of our serviceWork closely with teams across Via (e.g. Strategy, Operations, Algorithm and Product) to increase scalability and bring our service to the next levelSupport special projects in different areas as needed to address current challengesLead and mentor your colleagues and foster a collaborative culture across the organizationWho You Are:
