Become our Head of Sales (f/d/m) and seize the opportunity to shape a high-performing sales team. Work hand-in-hand with internal stakeholders to enhance our market penetration and drive sales optimization. Leverage your sharp analytical skills and proficiency in sales strategies to play a crucial role in solidifying Flowers' presence in the market and accelerating our business expansion. YOUR MISSION

  • Innovate and redefine our sales strategies, strategically showcasing the uniqueness of our groundbreaking B2B software products.

  • Lead and grow our dynamic sales team, fostering individual strengths, and collectively achieving unparalleled success in the competitive B2B landscape. 

  • Immerse yourself in the market and competition, providing key insights for data-driven decisions that will fortify our market dominance in the dynamic software industry.

  • Spearhead the development of tailored sales campaigns, creating not just visibility but forging meaningful connections with our target B2B and SMB audience.

  • Implement advanced analytics tools to monitor and optimize sales KPIs, driving continuous improvements in our sales endeavors. Your data-driven finesse will pave the way for exceptional performance.
YOUR PROFILE

  • Your proficiency in developing and implementing successful sales strategies, especially within the B2B Software sector (SaaS), is enhanced by a keen understanding of the unique dynamics of our SMB customers.

  • You showcase assertive leadership, inspiring your team to not only meet but exceed sales expectations. Your leadership will be the cornerstone of our success.

  • Your deep understanding of the B2B software industry and technology market enables you to identify current trends and integrate them into our sales strategy.

  • Analyze sales data, KPIs, and market research results with finesse for swift, data-driven decision-making. Your analytical skills will steer us towards optimal outcomes.

  • With excellent interpersonal skills, you not only communicate effectively internally but also build external relationships that propel our company forward. You are fluent in German and English.
