Mercedes-Benz Digital, combines business and IT to develop the best digital solutions for Mercedes-Benz. In the Connect Customer Services division, we work as product management on innovative after-sales solutions based on vehicle data for the areas of maintenance, wear and tear, accidents and breakdowns. Our aim is to redefine mobility and offer our customers unique experiences.

These are some of the tasks and opportunities that await you
Independent work on selected digital focus topics Participation in the design of our digital business models Support in the planning, organization and follow-up of meetings and workshops Carrying out market and competitive analyses of digital topics and trends Creating presentations and decision papers Collaboration in the conception and implementation of product strategies for our digital services Collaboration with various stakeholders (departments) Attending and participating in project meetings and supporting the team in day-to-day business Creating content for various communication measures (e.g. newsletters) Qualifikationen Degree course with a focus on economics, computer science, automotive/electrical engineering, communication or media IT skills: Confident handling of Microsoft Office, knowledge of UX/UI an advantage Confident written and spoken German and English skills Organizational and communication skills as well as team spirit Strategic & analytical way of thinking Independent way of working and willingness to learn new things Experience in using Atlassian software such as JIRA and Confluence is an advantage Experience in the fields of digital ecosystems/business models, requirements management, project management and in interface functions between business and IT is an advantageAdditional information:
