Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our HR Business Partner to support recruitment and employer branding activities
  • Support the recruitment, development, and support of our employees
  • Participate in the conception, organization, and implementation of HR projects, including compensation and benefits, and gain insights into current HR transformation projects
  • Contribute to the collection of key figures as part of sustainability reporting
  • Support operational, varied day-to-day business
  • Initiate, organize, and implement internal events and functions
Requirements
  • Degree in business administration, economics, business law, psychology, social sciences, or a comparable course of study
  • Practical experience in the HR sector is an advantage
  • Very good German and good written and spoken English skills
  • Confident handling of MS Office
  • Independent and structured way of working
  • Openness, teamwork, and communication skills
  • Enthusiasm for HR topics
