For one of our renowned banking clients we are looking for a KYC Client Outreach Analyst (f/m/d) .

A remote assignment is possible by arrangement.

Your tasks

You are the first point of contact for all questions related to the Know Your Customer ("KYC") process and the coordination of all KYC relevant tasks with a focus on Corporate Clients (Wholesale Banking) with the respective parties involved.

Support the relationship manager or deal team in completing the KYC process by:

Assisting in contacting clients and critically evaluating and completing KYC relevant information (based on already available documents or from public sources) Building an internal network to different parties within the KYC organization Managing KYC cases in progress with an overview of all relevant deadlines in cooperation with the front office and the KYC organization

Knowledge of:

KYC laws, regulations, guidelines and (local) due diligence requirements ("ODD") the KYC process in a bank different customer and financing structures and CRS / FATCA and (v) the fulfillment of KYC requirements and the required sources

Your profile

Basic knowledge of the latest, relevant KYC rules, regulations, guidelines and requirements as well as the processes and organization / approach of KYC and the different organizational structures, customer types and the associated KYC characteristics / challenges Relevant professional experience in a comparable function Completed studies with appropriate specialization Dealing with (public) sources and mastering the fulfillment of KYC requirements Proactive problem solving with strong personal and professional commitment, high self-motivation and initiative Ability to thrive in a very demanding environment with short deadlines and pressure Project management skills and a professional approach Ability to work in a team Fluency in German (written and spoken) Fluency in English (written and spoken)
