Ein alter Bulli, ein paar Euro in der Tasche und Lust auf Unabhängigkeit. Mehr braucht es nicht, um loszulegen. Weil jedes Studium irgendwann zu Ende geht, stellten sich Mirco und Lorenz im Jahr 2002 die große Frage: Wohin mit dem Lebenssinn? Die Antwort: Dahin, wo man selbst am liebsten ist – ins Lieblingscafé, die Stammbar oder direkt an‘ Strand. Eine Kola sollte her – als Kulturgut, nicht als Massenware. Gesagt, getan, Rezept entwickelt – nicht zu süß, dafür mit vielviel Koffein, um vielviel Nacht mitnehmen zu können. Dazu schwarz-weiß gedruckte Gesichter auf Bierflaschen, mit einem Namen, so hanseatisch ehrlich wie die weltoffene Heimat. Gestatten, fritz.

Heute sind wir etwas größer, Schorlen und Limonaden dazugekommen, die Glasflaschen dafür klein und die Inhalte natürlich geblieben. Weiter geht die Reise. Zu allen, die wach durchs Leben gehen. Denn den Wachen gehört die Welt.

Was wirst Du machen?

  • Du agierst als Schnittstelle zwischen Finance und den Fachbereichen und belieferst diese mit Insights, Reports und Analysen im Rahmen des monatlichen Berichtswesens
  • Du unterstützt deine Stakeholder bei ihrer kurz-, mittel-, und langfristigen Budgetplanung und hast einen Blick auf kaufmännisch relevante Fragestellungen, wie z. B. die Identifikation von Potenzialen zur Verbesserung der Profitabilität sowie Aufzeigen von Wachstumspotenzialen.
  • Du koordinierst den Planungs- und Monatsabschlussprozess in Zusammenarbeit mit den anderen Financial Business Partnern (m/w/d).
  • Du bewertest und überprüfst Business-Entscheidungen und monitorst laufende Projekte aus finanzieller Sicht.
  • Du wirkst bei der Weiterentwicklung der Controlling-Prozesse mit und unterstützt und führst Projekte im Bereich Digitalisierung, Automatisierung und Prozessoptimierung.

 

Was solltest Du mitbringen?

  • Du hast ein kaufmännisches Bachelor- oder Masterstudium erfolgreich abgeschlossen
  • Du bringst spannende Berufserfahrungen im Controlling und der Kostenrechnung mit.
  • Du besitzt Anwenderkenntnisse in SAP (idealerweise sogar in SAP S4 Hana) und MS Office - vor allem Excel und PowerPoint. Besonders begeistert sind wir, wenn du auch schon Erfahrung im Aufbauen von Reportings mit Power BI gesammelt hast.
  • Du verfügst generell über eine sehr hohe IT-Affinität.
  • Du liebst es, mit Zahlen, Daten und Analysen zu arbeiten und hast Lust in die Welt der Power BI und Data Lakes einzutauchen.
  • Du überzeugst durch sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und eine ausgeprägte kommunikative Kompetenz – oder anders gesagt: Du lässt deine Zahlen sprechen.
  • Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, strukturiert und erkennst durch dein starkes Verständnis wirtschaftlicher Zusammenhänge proaktiv Needs in unseren Fachbereichen.
  • Du bist am besten, wenn du im Team arbeitest und lieferst deine Ergebnisse mit einer hohen Termintreue und Datenqualität ab.
