Als Expert Global TPI (m/w/d) Customer Service unterstützen Sie das Team in Bad Homburg bei der Auftragsabwicklung. In dieser Position fungieren Sie als Ansprechpartner für unsere Drittkunden sowie für verschiedene Abteilungen. Sie betreuen unsere Kunden in den Regionen EMEA (Europa, Mittlerer Osten und Afrika), AP (Asia Pacific) sowie LA (Latein Amerika) und sind für die Bearbeitung von Kundenaufträgen zuständig.

Ihre Aufgaben:

In der Funktion sind Sie zuständig für die Kundenbetreuung (Distributoren, Agenten, Gesundheitsministerium, lokalen Tochtergesellschaften u.a.) und sind verantwortlich für die eigenständige Auftragsabwicklung (Auftragserfassung, Auftragsbearbeitung, Auftragskontrolle) Hierbei sind Sie auch für die Logistikabwicklung und die damit verbundene Warenbeschaffung über die Disposition verantwortlich Weiterhin unterstützen Sie die lokalen Vertriebsorganisationen bei der Erstellung von Ausschreibungen und Angeboten Darüber hinaus erstellen Sie Gutschriften und Lastschriften nach Absprache mit dem Vorgesetzten und bearbeiten Reklamationen sowie Nachlieferungen Sie fungieren als Ansprechpartner für die Drittkunden sowie für verschiedene Abteilungen intern und extern (z.B. Disposition, Lager, Buchhaltung, Einkauf, Lieferanten, Banken und Behörden)

Ihr Profil:

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Exportgeschäft im Bereich Auftragsbearbeitung innerhalb des Kundenservice, idealerweise innerhalb eines internationalen Umfeldes Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Akkreditiv-Abwicklung, Tenderprozess und Registrierungsprozess Sehr gute Kenntnisse über Zusammenhänge des Exportgeschäftes sowie im Bereich internationaler Zahlungsabwicklung/Exportfinanzierung Gute EDV-Anwenderkenntnisse in SAP R3 und MS Office (insbesondere Excel) Stark ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und strukturierte Arbeitsweise Hohe Teamfähigkeit und sehr gute Kommunikationskompetenz Sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift) Weitere Sprachen, z.B.
