Meine Aufgaben:

Ausrichtung und Umsetzung der Ziele des Sub-Chapters im Einklang mit der Vision und Strategie des Chapters, Enge Zusammenarbeit als Sparringspartner*innen mit dem Chapter Lead und verschiedenen Interessengruppen im gesamten Unternehmen, einschließlich Produkt- oder Projektteams und externen Partnern, um die Nachfrage und die Kapazität des Sub-Chapters zu steuern, Durchführung der Änderungsinitiativen, die sich auf den Funktionsbereich des Sub-Chapters auswirken, Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung, Einstellung und Entwicklung der Mitglieder des Sub-Chapters, einschließlich der Festlegung der Laufbahnentwicklung, der Entwicklung von Fähigkeiten und der Leistungsbewertung, Sicherstellen, dass bewährte Praktiken, Instrumente und Methoden innerhalb des Sub-Chapters gemeinsam genutzt und standardisiert werden, indem der Wissensaustausch, das Lernen und die kontinuierliche Verbesserung im Funktionsbereich des Sub-Chapters gefördert werden, Schaffung geeigneter Maßnahmen zur transparenten Berichterstattung über die Leistungen des Sub-Chapters, Überwachung und Sicherstellung des Gruppenzusammenhalts auf Sub-Chapters-Ebene unter Berücksichtigung der Vielfalt der jeweiligen Kapitelmitglieder. Dies kann Reisen zwischen den Standorten der Elia-Gruppe (Belgien und Deutschland) erfordern.


Noch konkreter: 

Gewährleistung einer kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Softwareentwicklungsprozesse und - methodiken über die Gilden und als Feedback aus Projekten/Produkten und Praktiken, um die Effizienz und Qualität der Softwareentwicklung zu verbessern, Befähigung der Chapter Member, die technischen Anforderungen und Auswirkungen von Produkt-/Projektanfragen zu hinterfragen, zu qualifizieren und zu koordinieren und dabei sicherzustellen, dass die Entwicklungsbemühungen mit Architekturstandards und Entwurfsmustern übereinstimmen, Lösung von Prioritätskonflikten und Verwaltung der Ressourcenzuweisung innerhalb des Sub- Chapters, um die Projektziele und -fristen effektiv einzuhalten, Beitrag zur Harmonisierung von Software-Engineering-Praktiken über verschiedene Teams und Produkte hinweg, Förderung einer Kultur der technischen Exzellenz und Innovation innerhalb des Sub-Chapters, Mitarbeit in einem Produkt-/Projektteam in Teilzeit als Software-Ingenieur, möglicherweise als Tech Lead.


Meine Kompetenzen:

Abgeschlossenes Masterstudium auf dem Gebiet der Informatik oder vergleichbar, Mindestens 5 Jahre einschlägige Erfahrung im Software-Engineering mit Schwerpunkt auf dem Management und der Führung von Mitarbeiter*innen in Entwicklungsteams, mit nachweisbaren Erfolgen bei der Teambildung und der technischen Leitung, Starke technische Grundlagen mit umfassenden Kenntnissen der Softwareentwicklungspraktiken, einschließlich Kodierungsstandards, Codeüberprüfungen, Quellcodeverwaltung, Build-Prozesse, Tests und Betrieb, Erfahrung mit Entwicklungspraktiken in verschiedenen Programmiersprachen und Frameworks sowie Erfahrung mit modernen Entwicklungswerkzeugen, Softwaremustern und - umgebungen (z. B. CI/CD-Pipelines, Git, Auto-Deployment- und automatisierte Test- Frameworks oder generative KI für die Entwicklung oder andere im Bereich der Softwareentwicklung), Ihre technische Neugier, gepaart mit einer pragmatischen und lösungsorientierten Denkweise, befähigt Sie, die Entwicklung nachhaltiger und innovativer Softwarelösungen innerhalb des Unternehmens voranzutreiben, Mehr als 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Anwendung agiler Methoden in Software- Entwicklungsteams, mit einem tiefgreifenden Verständnis für die Anpassung und Umsetzung agiler Prinzipien zur Optimierung von Teamleistung und -ergebnissen, Sie kommunizieren klar und deutlich sowohl mit Spezialisten auf technischer Ebene als auch mit Interessengruppen auf konzeptioneller Ebene, Sie verfügen über ausgezeichnete Präsentationsfähigkeiten, Sie sprechen fließend Deutsch und Englisch (C1).


Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil:

Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen im Energie- und/oder Versorgungssektor sind ein "nice-to-have", aber kein "must-have". Zusätzliche Sprachkenntnisse in Niederländisch, Deutsch oder Französisch sind von Vorteil.
