Quality Assurance Manager IATF (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

Developing a deep understanding of IATF standards and ensuring compliance across all relevant sites Providing guidance and support to our sites in implementing IATF standards effectively Managing and maintaining standards to meet customer and market quality needs and achieve business targets Aligning processes, systems, and tools where applicable Sharing experiences and knowledge with other Business Units to foster cross-functional learning and improvement Supporting claim and complaints investigations to ensure prompt resolution and continuous improvement Lead or support quality-related improvement projects with customers and/or internal functions. Managing monthly reporting and analysis including KPI development Leading continuous improvement processes

Your Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Quality Management, Business Administration) Professional experience in the field of quality, commercial roles or technical service Background in the Automotive or paints and coatings industry beneficial Experience with different Quality Systems and standards, especially with IATF Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external customers Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively Fluent English and German language skills
