We are looking for a Revenue Technology Specialist to join our RevOps Team. The RevOps Team is a dynamic group of 5, working together to build a great revenue organisation within ChannelEngine Your role within this team will be to ensure that our revenue technology systems and processes are aligned with business goals and enhance operational efficiency. What will you do as our Revenue Technology Specialist?
You’ll act as the Product Owner for our revenue-related systems, implementing and maintaining processes in the CRM and other systems to streamline revenue operations You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to get an understanding of business needs and identify areas for improvement in revenue technology, as well as handling systems-related requests and issues A key focus will be conducting regular analysis and reporting on revenue technology performance and effectiveness in order to drive data-driven decision-making. It will also be important for you to stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies to continuously improve our revenue technology solutions.
What makes you the ideal Revenue Technology Specialist?
Minimum 2 years’ experience in CRM systems administration,
Familiarity with revenue-related tools e.g. Hubspot, Sales Navigator,
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills,
Good communication and interpersonal skills in English,
Able to communicate effectively with both technical- and non-technical stakeholders,
Outgoing personality and energised by interactions with others,
Currently resident in or near Leiden, Netherlands, or Berlin, Germany.
Nice to have (but not essential)
Experience working in a SaaS company,
Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma etc.
