Verstärke unser Customer Service-Team ab November in Vollzeit (40 Std./Woche) als B2B Customer Service Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) an einem unserer Standorte oder remote (deutschlandweit).
- Du bist zuständig für die Beratung und Betreuung von unseren Praxispartnern in verschiedenen Branchen deutschlandweit via E-Mail, Telefon im In- und Outbound sowie per Videocall
- Du unterstützt unsere Praxispartner in ihren Anliegen rund um das Duale Studium ihrer Mitarbeitenden und bist erste Anlaufstelle für Beschwerden
- Du bearbeitest eigenverantwortlich Anrufe und E-Mails, hältst offene Fälle nach und übernimmst die Koordination mit anderen Fachbereichen, wie Vertrieb, Buchhaltung und Verwaltung
- Du bist verantwortlich für das Stakeholdermanagement sowohl intern als auch extern
- Du übernimmst den Aufbau von nachhaltigen und langfristigen Geschäftsbeziehungen und pflegst diese aktiv
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im digitalen B2B Customer Service / Customer Success
- Du bringst eine sehr hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung, sowie eine hohe Stressresistenz mit
- Du besitzt ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und hast Spaß am Kundenkontakt im B2B und Beschwerdemanagement
- Du hast sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, sicherer Umgang mit CRM-Systemen, idealerweise mit Salesforce
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch in Wort und Schrift und gutes Englisch
